What to Do if You Encounter These Issues During Use?

If you run into any problems while using WelO Bike, don’t worry! We’ve put together solutions for the most common issues to help you out.

    1. System Auto Shutdown

    • The E-Bike service is available only within the service area. If you ride outside the service area, you will incur a return fee.

    • If the battery runs out within the service area and you can’t return the bike to a station, you can contact customer service to request a refund for the return fee.

    • For any other issues causing the E-Bike to be unresponsive, you can report a repair request or dispute the charges with customer service.

    2. Unable to Unlock the Selected E-Bike

    • If the E-Bike is faulty, simply choose another one and scan to start using it.

    • If the screen shows that the order is incomplete, it usually means the bike is temporarily locked by another user, preventing others from using it at that moment.
